Freedom’s Run will be hosting our third annual Camp River Runners! We are excited to be adding an overnight option for our high school students, as well this year. Our students will learn the foundations of healthy running performance, injury prevention, improved running skills, muscle endurance, and strength development. We are proud to be partnering with Altra and UCAN this year, as well. As an added bonus, all Overnight campers will receive a free pair of Golden Spikes (picture below). Providing a wide toe box, yet ultra-light feel your young athlete will feel better than ever at their next meet! For any middle school or evening session students, there will be spikes for sale at just $15 a pair!

About our Camps:
Who: High School (ages 14- 18)
When: July 22-25: Day and Overnight options Available
Where: Shepherd University
What: Learn the foundations of natural running, hearing from specialists in physical therapy, movement, nutrition and more. Trail run through the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, groups runs through the National Parks, including a sunrise run through Antietam Battled field, and even tubing on the Shenandoah River!
Who: Middle School (ages 10- 14)
When: July 25-27; 9am - Noon
Where : Morgan Academy
What: Find the joy in running by learning the basics of natural movement, strength development, and play. Our interactive camps provides a fun and safe environment great for all skill levels.
