Jala Yoga offers 5-week Beginner Course and additional Fall Workshops
Jala Yoga offers classes throughout the year in the vinyasa style of yoga in which poses flow from one into another. Students are encouraged to discover optimal energy, awareness and joy, and to find connection to their creative life force. Jala Yoga believes that yoga is accessible and necessary for everyone, and both beginners and seasoned practitioners are welcome.
