Scarborough Art and Lecture Series presents Shepherd Alumnus Steve Logston '75

Join Shepherd alum Steve Logston ’75 for a poignant discussion of his literary debut, Even Her Tears Were Yellow, which recounts the short but inspiring life of his stepdaughter, Chelsea Lingenfelter, as she battled hepatocellular carcinoma, ultimately losing her life in 2013 during a liver transplant surgery.

Written to promote better organ donation awareness, Logston’s memoir describes Chelsea’s struggles and perseverance throughout her illness,
as well as the special bond she shared with her mother and stepfather.

All Scarborough Art & Lecture Series events are free and open to the public.
