Details: Join us for a day-long immersive experience as we examine the aftermath of war and the effects on its veterans.

There is still time to register for our June 23rd conference "War-torn: The Physical and Psychological Consequences of War."

Don't forget - the final two events of the day in the Byrd Center auditorium are free and open to the public! At 3:00pm Dr. Stephen A. Goldman will be presenting a lecture, "Horror, Killing, Thrill and Adrenaline Rush: The Psychological Kaleidoscope of Combat."

At 4:00pm Shepherd University veterans - students, alumni, and faculty - will participate in a veterans' experience roundtable moderated by Dr. Stephen Goldman. The roundtable will provide a platform for each veteran's unique experience and perspective and will link the earlier events of the day to the present day.
