Scarecrow Project 2008
Due to the overwhelming success of the scarecrow project last year, Main Street Martinsburg is offering businesses an opportunity to once again decorate downtown light poles with a scarecrow. There were many very unique scarecrows last year. We encourage all businesses to participate in the 2008 Scarecrow Project. Poles are limited so call the Main Street Office at 304-262-4200 to reserve your pole.
